Darin K. Weinberg has been licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan since November 1993. He received his law degree from Detroit College of Law and his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in 1989.
Darin K. Weinberg has primarily concentrated for the past fifteen years on representing clients with criminal legal issues. He handles felonies, misdemeanors and all traffic cases. A second area of focus is driver license restoration. He will try to develop creative resolutions to solve clients' legal problems. His clients also have twenty-four hour a day access to him. Most people who are charged with a crime suffer significant stress and want an attorney who is responsive and attentive to their concerns.
When he is retained by a client he works extremely hard to resolve their problems with a positive resolution. His practice has been built by word of mouth and referrals so he takes each case serious and spends the proper time preparing for each court appearance.
